Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free trial

Paid plans start with a three-month free trial and no card is needed. Nothing is charged during the trial.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian rupees, plus GST at the rate in force.
• The first invoice is issued after the trial ends, unless the Order Form says otherwise.
• Charges depend on the plan, the number of employees above the included number, and add-ons such as Recruitment.
• Invoices are sent by email and are due within [15] days.

Changing plans and headcount

The Customer may move to a higher plan at any time, effective from the day of the change, with the difference charged pro rata. A move to a lower plan takes effect from the next billing month. Employee counts are reviewed monthly and billed for the highest headcount in that month.

Cancelling

The Customer may cancel at any time by writing to support@tulingcreativehub.com or through the account, at least [7] days before the next billing date. Service continues to the end of the paid period. Data can be exported for 30 days after the Service ends.

Refunds

• Fees already paid for a period are not refunded when the Customer cancels part-way through, except as set out here or where the law requires.
• If we fail to provide the Service for a paid period in a material way, the Customer may ask for a pro rata credit or refund for the affected period, within 30 days.
• Where we charge in error, we will correct it and refund or credit the difference.
• Refunds go back by the original payment method, normally within [10] working days.

Taxes

Prices exclude GST. If tax at source (TDS) is deducted as the law requires, the Customer will send us the certificate. We keep invoice and tax records as the law requires.

Disputes about charges

Tell us within 30 days of the invoice at support@tulingcreativehub.com and pay any undisputed part. We will look into it and reply. Effective date: 2 November 2026.
