About pricing
What are add-ons?
Add-ons are extra modules you can add to a paid plan, such as Recruitment, People analytics and e-signature. Onboarding is included in every plan. Ask us for add-on pricing and we reply within one working day.
What support do I get?
Support starts with the Starter plan: email and the support desk in the app. Growth adds priority handling, and Scale adds a phone and on-call line. Reply-time targets for urgent, normal and low issues are set in your agreement. The Free plan is self-service. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm IST.
